If you want step by step instruction on how to set-up business operations for your prospective clients, leads, new/existing clients, and alumni in your business this course is for you! I am pulling back the curtain on my business and teaching you how to use systems in your business to save time, money, and deliver an exception customer service experience for your clients.
Each week of the course we will focus on building your operational flow with systems for
Week #1: Prospective clients
Week #2: Leads
Week #3: Clients
Week #4: Alumni
Each virtual training will be LIVE with me for 1-hour each week. During each training come ready to actually build out your system and view demos of the software recommended. We will also have office hours for 30-minutes each week as a follow-up to the live training so that you have support as you implement each step. Last, but not least, all of the trainings and office hours will be recorded and available on-demand in case you cannot attend live or need to review!
